I've been looking for a low calorie drink I can drink. I have a hard time drinking regular crystal light because of the artifical sweetners and I need something to replace my series addiction to pop/soda. Well they just came out with the pure fitness which doesn't have any artificial sweetners in it. It has more calories than the reg. stuff...I think regular stuff has 5 calories and this has 30 for 16 oz so it is still low calorie. And best of all it tastes really good. Usually they taste kind of watered down to me but this doesn't I really like it! I tried the strawberry kiwi flavor!

Hmmm!! I'm going to put this on my grocery list and grab some to try the next time I am food shopping! I like the regular stuff, but only in pink lemonade or grape.

I avoid anything that says lite. Its just no fun to drink then
