| Are you ready for a Kitchen Showdown? The Kitchen Challenge is a fun way for us to get new recipe ideas or to try a new recipe----or Ingredient!! If you've ever seen Iron Chef America, then Congratulations because you already have an understanding of how Kitchen Challenge will work! Once a Month we'll vote on an Ingredient (condiment or item or theme, mexican, italian, chinese, etc) to create a Meal, Side Item, Dessert, Snack with...we'll come back to SR, post a thread with the Recipe and a Picture(optional) and give The recipe a Badge of Honor Critique! Even if you did not vote for the ingredient but wish to participate you may do so....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just remember to come back and post your Critique, recipe and Photo!  so are you with me???
