I'm not going for a certain weight anymore... instead, I'm going to count my progress in pant size. I think if I get down to size 10/12... I'll be more than happy with that! =) This might be a dumb idea... and if anyone thinks it could be the wrong way about it, then just let me know! I'm open to all and any ideas.

Oh, and I'm also counting my progress in being able to climb the three flights of stairs to my apartment without being out of breath. I used to be able to climb five and be perfectly okay and it's so disheartening that I can't climb three flights without feeling like I need my inhaler and that I'm about to pass out and die. Sad

I like setting small month goals then setting my long term goal. I also focus more on how I feel rather then what the scale says. Because skinny does not equal healthy nor does being bigger equal unhealthy.

Agreed! I don't care what I weigh as long as I can make it up these darn steps without feeling like death once I reach the top! It's starting to get better. I can make it up the first two... but that third one is still hell!

For now, I just want to feel more comfy in my clothes.

This deployment has made it TOO EASY to just keep ordering out for pizza or chinese, etc...I need to get back on track with healthy eating and holding my self accountable for WATER intake!!
I would say short term-I want to drop 20lbs in about 3 months.

Yea I have no goals. I know if I set a goal I will fail it.

I like your goals Bee. Thats a good start. If you really want the wind knocked out of you, you should do the steps at USAFAs football stadium. You go about 10 up and want to die.
