Ok Laura.... now is the time to really work on getting back into shape. Lets start with some stats.

Before baby
137lbs

At 9 months prego
194lbs pale

At 3 months after baby
167lbs

At almost 8 months after baby with 4 months of working out
152lbs

So progress has been made. SLOWLY. I would love to be in between 135-140 so I have atleast 12 more pounds to go with some much needed tummy toning.

Hopefully after this weekend I will be over this cold and ready to dive back into the working out.

Ok... time to stop slacking and really get into this. My goal for the deployment is to lose 15 pounds and tone as much as I can. Once I get back from Jersey I will then join a gym but there is no point in joining now when I have so much to get done.

I weighed myself at Day 1 of deployment
150.0 exactly

Today... at Day 3 of deployment
147.8

I hope to try and get on here everyday and update what I've done as far as working out, my weight and what I have eaten. I plan on taking my weight at the same time everyday if I can, 1pm.

breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cinnamon raisin english muffin with butter
snack: TLC dark chocolate rasberry breakfast bar
lunch: glass V8 juice and half a whole wheat pita with mayo, lettuce and american cheese

1pm weight 147.8

So I totally forgot to come on here last night and update. Guess I will just pick up with today. I didn't weigh in today though Sad

Breakfast: a cup of coffee, vitamin, cinnamon raison english muffin with butter
Lunch: (monday with Army Wives: Whole wheat pita with mayo, american cheese, ham and lettuce, 1 glass of Pepsi, piece of cake)

Dinner: buffalo chicken appetizer wings, salad, glass of Pepsi

Misc: cranberry grape juice, V8 juice, water
