| Thank you all for making me feel so welcomed. I have joined a couple of groups on facebook but none of them made me feel this way!!!! You all seem really nice and i hope to be able to look to you for help or guidance through this whole military life style. I see that some of you are going through deployment, i can only imagine the feeling but i will keep all you in my prayers. My cousing in deployed rite now but he is in the Air Force reserve. i would probably die if Divine got deployed. But he is still in BMT rite now. Oh I got my first phone call yesterday around 5:30!!! oh it was so good just to hear his voice. He is doing well though he is the element leader of his flight which is pretty awesome!! i am so proud of him!!! | |

| its easy to take things for granted until you are without it... phone calls and hearing his voice are one of those things. I use to get annoyed because Justin would call constantly... then he got deployed and I wished I had those moments with him. Now that he is back I definitely am greatful everytime he calls!! Hopefully the phone calls keep coming!! | |

Many of us have been thru deployments and long-distance relationships for different lenghts of time, and they all have great ideas and advice for you!!
My ex was deployed for 9 months, and was stationed in CA, while I was in NC, so I def understand...let us know if you need anything, and know we're alway shere for you!! | |

| Getting phone calls used to be my excitement for the day. When Sean would call me, he would here that I was excited to talk to talk to him, and it would brighten his mood as well. I am glad that you got your first call. Communication is the key, whether it is on the phone, computer or letters. | |
