I got the recipe off a bag of jasmine rice. I changed it up a bit.

1lb lean ground beef
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped onions
2 pieces of garlic (used garlic press on them)
3/4 C rice
1-1/2 C water
1/2C chopped Cilantro
1/4C chopped Fresh mint
3Tbs soy sauce
3Tbs red pepper flakes

On high heat stir fry beef 3-4 minutes or until browned. Add onions, garlic, and crushed red peppers and stir fry for another minute. Mix in carrots, rice, 1-1/2C water, and soy sauce. bring to boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Mix in mint and cilantro. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

All the ingredients minus the water and garlic pieces

Tyler didn't like it. Ali said ok....and Aubs ate it up. I think next time no mint. I didn't care for that in it.
