Okay sooo I had an urge to bake something new, so I tried a recipe for these Chewey Gooey Cookies .... they turned out awesome!!

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 package chocolate cake mix

Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy and completely combined
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well, and slowly add dry cake mix ---- batter will be sticky!!
Chill the dough 2 hrs
Drop by the tablespoon full onto a NONgreased cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for 10 mins
Cool 1 min before moving to racks to cool....

NOTE: Try not to overbake the cookies --- they will either be cracked slightly on top or they may look slightly underdone --- this is correct, and they are indeed done haha....if you do overbake....they turn out like little cupcake tops .... my first batch did, but they were still awesome!!

You can also use any other flavor cake mix you like!!
