My brother and his girlfriend have been in this pasta mood lately, so I thought I'd share this one too....I made it today, and it was awesome!! I'm not using exact measurements, because well....I didn't use them lol....and it just depends on how many people you're making it for

Pasta, cooked just under al dente (box directions said 11 min....I cooked mine 8 1/2)
Tomato sauce, pasta sauce, meat sauce....whatever you like (I used a can of Hunts tomato sauce w/ oregano, garlic and basil)
Ricotta cheese....about 1/3 the amout of the pasta sauce
Mozzarella or Italian cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350

Cook pasta til just under al dente -- it will finish cooking in the oven -- and set aside
Mix together the tomato sauce and ricotta cheese until blended -- a little parmesan added is good too
Mix sauce mixture with pasta, and pour into a greased casserole dish or pan
Spread generous layer of mozzarella or italian cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 25 mins

-----> I made mine with mini meatballs tucked in, and it was awesome!!
NOTE: Make sure you have more sauce than you think you need ----- its better for it to be a loose sauce, because when it bakes, the pasta absoribs some and some evaporates Smile

Enjoy!!!

This sounds really good! I'm going to have to try this.... I can have leftovers for days and I'm sure this is something that Chris will love when he gets home.

That sounds like how I make mine, except I don't do the ricotta cheese.
