| Officially that I'm gonna start training and get my certificate to teach pilates! I'm gonna eventually be able to teach pilates mat work, pilates on the ball, pilates with the flex band, pilates for the inflexible, pilates for the elderly, and water pilates!! :-) I'm soo excited! | |

| I love it cuz its sooo easy to personalize it. I have HORRIBLE knees cuz my legs grew wrong, and Pilates is the only workout I can do and not have to swim everyday to help heal my muscles. And you dont have to go at the same pace as the gals on the video or however you do it. I started by doing each move as much as I could, then I'd stop and wait till she went to the next etc. Eventually I had the whole DVD memorized and moved on to the next one. :-) | |
