| yes ladies that is what this program does and i must say its pretty awesome! it seems like its a lot to take on but its actually pretty easy, they seem to have the steps laid out in a really great way! i just wanted to share with you all because its a great way to get those new years weight loss goals you have set up for yourself going (if you're a late starter like me haha)

that was my problem too!! the first couple of times were difficult but it gets so much easier really fast! i love it and i've always hated running! | |
