| I use a separate shampoo and conditioner, suave and Tresemme, but my husband uses the head and shoulders 2 in 1. | |

| I use an all natural organic shampoo and conditioner. Separately of course as I don't condition every day as its not great for your hair and well honestly my hair does better on the schedule its on | |
