promoting stuff

I had asked about it on SG at one point and it seems to work on another site.... but could we have a section or even just a sticky about fundraisers that people maybe doing like walks for autism or Cancer and stuff like that? I know sometimes I would see stuff and then when payday pops up I can't seem to find where I had seen it. Grant it I have not seen that on here yet but I am sure down the road others will have stuff. And even for those that make and sell things or throwing a Pampered chef or candle party. IT would be nice to lump all that kind of stuff together ...if possible.

I think we should take that and have a sort of classifieds section. Like if Steph wanted to start selling her painted decorations she could post them there. Or if Trisha were having a huge bag sale, that could go there. Or if Gina wanted to just bake me some cupcakes and mail them to me, she could PM me... oh wait....

But we could also use it if we were trying to raise money for something. Or if someone were cleaning out their closet and wanted to get rid of clothes (I wear a M btw), they could post them for sale in that section. We could also use it if we were looking for something to buy.

I think this is a great idea! We'll talk about it!
