Canned Pineapple
Reserve pineapple juice from canned pineapples,
6 strawberries
2/3 C of vanilla light and fit yogurt
1tsp cinnamon
Take rest of pineapples from Sweet & sour chicken and freeze in freezer. Freeze strawberries. Once frozen add frozen fruit in blender with 2/3 cup of vanilla yogurt, the rest of the reserved pineapple juice from canned pineapple and cinnamon. Blend on high for 45 seconds.
I will add a picture later. I separated the pineapple and the juice a little earlier before dinner so the pineapple could be frozen and juice could be used between the 2 dishes.
