I'm trying to figure out what to have too! I really need to do some grocery shopping but I don't feel like it lol. If I go with something I already have it'll be something frozen...either ravioli or buffalo chicken tenders I think are what's in the freezer...not of it sounds tempting at all though!

I agree cooking for one is extremely boring! I haven't really "cooked" anything like for real in months because if my boyfriend isn't there to eat it who's gonna have all the leftovers?! lol

Krista, that sounds delicious! Do you use stuffing like the kind at Thanksgiving? I might have to try that, I like fairly easy but yummy things to make!

We hit up McDonalds and got burgers and 1 large fries to share at home. Kids had their choice of fruit or veggie (salad) to go with their dinner.
