| As we are only in month 2 of 2010 I was wondering if anyone had any fitness goals they wanted to share. None are too big or too small! Mine are as follows Be pop free - DONE! I have been for over a month now Be refined sugar free as much as i can- DONE! I haven't had chocolate since the new year and oddly its not really hard to stay away from it. Go to the gym at least 4 times a week- I am working on this one I normally go 6 times as I really love it. Walk more- I am working on as well. So share! Please | |

| lose 15 pounds... slowly but surely.. i lost two pounds in the past two weeks which is when i started really working out
that's really the main thing because it includes eating healthier and getting out there and exercising (which i do at least 5 times a week)

| I'm tryin to lose my baby weight. Even though it didn't look it I gain a lot while I was pregnant... like 60lbs! I dropped 30 without doing much, but now I have 30 extra pounds and baby buldge that I really want to get rid of.
I've started working out with Wii Fit, My Fitness Coach and Jillian Michaels DVDs 6 times a week... but results are slow. I can't diet since I'm breastfeeding and I need 500 extra calories a day then a normal person so that makes dieting almost impossible. But I've dropped about 2 pounds in a month... sad progress I know but I'm trying.

| I would love to lose 5-10 lbs. I'm trying to eat less junk and I've gotten into a routine at the gym which is really good for me. Let's hope for results! | |

| Karla, I need your willpower! I've given up pop for Lent and am hoping it will stick. I give it up every year but always end up going back once Easter comes around.
Besides pop, I'm just trying to cut back on sugar. Those damn chocolate chips keep pulling me off the wagon!
And I need to move more. I want to walk three times a week.
Tomorrow I'm going to a yoga class. It'll be the first one in a really long time, and I'm hoping to continue to go just to help me get some stress out and tone up.
I NEED to lose 60 lbs, but I want it to come off slow, so it's more like a 2 year plan. I think the slower it comes off, the more likely I am to keep it off.
I need you ladies to hold me accountable!

| There are some days Amy where I just want to stomp my feet and give in but I don't. But its bloody hard on those days. The other night I was going to have a drink with friends but decided against it, because I didn't want to drink it straight and the only mix was pop and I said nope not having it.
Is there a curves in your area? Where I am it really promotes healthy living/eating/lifestyle changes etc and it is so supportive. They weigh measure you every month and they are so positive and uplifting its helped me so much. Also, yoga is the most awesome thing ever invented I swear.
