| is how I feel!! I took my dog out for a walk/run for 1/2 an hour then went out by myself for another 1/2 hour.
I am getting so much better at running, even though I haven't done it in a while!
For those of you who don't know me that well lol
I have asthma, I've had it my whole life and its triggered by exercise and allergies now that I've gotten older, it's gotten a little better, but it's very difficult for me to run. -a few months ago I could not run for any more than about 30 secs at a time.
Today I was running for about 5 mins, then walking for about 3-5 mins and so on.
I could have ran more, I wasn't sore, but the wind kept blowing right in my face so it was making it hard for me to breathe. Any advice on that would be awesome! lol It literally hurts me and makes me cough, but I'm guessing that could be b/c of the asthma thing.
According to my HRM I burned 718 calories, in one hour!
It feels so good to be able to be exercising outside again! | |

| Great job Bonnie!!!! No advice on the wind bothering your asthma, maybe run in the opposite direction so the it's at your back? I know that's not always logistically possible, but that would be my only experise | |
