My mom has them. She says that she hasn't lost any weight or anything, but she's not working out in them either. She just wears them because she has foot probs and it hurts to stand on her feet all the time. She loves the cushy soles. | |

| you don't really notice the thick heels if you wear jeans. I saw a lady at James Avery Jewelry, she was wearing the black ones iwth her black slacks at work, and i had to look 2 times before I realized they looked like skechers... amazingly enough, these things are AWESOME for balance. I noticed a few times when I crouched down on my feet(squatted) I felt like I was gonna go forward, but i didn't. I haven't noticed weightloss, (dont have a scale either) but you do feel them giving you the extra UMPH to keep walking or doing what your doing merely because once you step, your foot is "rolling" and so each step is lifted or forced to continue on with the motion, so you can literally walk for miles, jsut becuase of the extra "push". I put them on to do housework or cook in  they are definitely comfy!! the main reason I bought them is because of the "rolling" stroll it forces you to have. When I did marching band in highschool(flag team) that is how we marched--heal to toe rollling method--and lemme tell ya, our CALVES/THIGHS were KILLER! | |

| My sister in law works at Sephora and she wears them to work. I would imagine they have to be comfy if people in retail are wearing them! |
