| Sometimes cooking everyday can get old. We often look for new recipes, but want tried and true ones as well. I thought it would be fun to start up a post weekly on your menu for the the week! For me I often know what I'm making for the week just not in what order! So that's ok too! You don't necessarily have to make it in the same order just tell us what you are making for the week! If you found it online post the recipe for it so we can add it into our pile of recipes as well! So tell me what are you making for dinner this week! |

| Ahhh! I never make a menu! Haha. We just fly by the seat of our pants on what we want for dinner. But tonight is green beans and ham in the crockpot and tomorrow is chicken tacos! That's about as much as I know! |

| I do 2 wks at a time but we don't follow it to the day. But here is a few of what is planned for the next 2 wks.
Beef and Noodles (Stroganoff)
Steak (on the grill)
BLT Wraps
Chilli
Hamburgers (on the grill)
Tacos
Breaded Boneless Pork Chops (on the grill)
Nachos
I usually have no problem coming up with the main dish i.e. BLT Wraps but I have the hardest time thinking up side dishes, what do you guys do for sides?

We do a lot of green beans because that's what the kids like. We do broccoli and cheese and mashed potatoes. I almost always have bread with dinner. |

| I do a menu when I buy food so I can get what I need. The only thing on our menu this week is whetever we remeber to grab out of the freezer so it has time to thaw. We're bad at remembering the meat. | |

| I plan my meals 2 weeks at a time. I'm about to start planning the entire month because it would make my life so much easier. I actually assign meals to specific days as well. I put the meals in my planner and also write them on a dry erase board in my kitchen so I never forget what to make. Plus the kids can read it and not ask me 50 million times what's for dinner.
This week:
Monday: jumbalaya Tuesday: Fish Tacos and rice Wed: Diablo Chicken, baked sweet potatoes and steamed veggies Thursday: Bean and Cheese enchiladas Friday: frozen pizza Saturday: Leftovers or whatever night Sunday: homemade BBQ chicken pizza

| I've never really planned out menus that far in advance and stuck with it. I will try, but sometimes I'm craving tacos and it's already designated as chili night. I try to plan meals out in general, but things are always subject to change. | |
