| I love to make chili in mine. It's super easy. I either use chicken or ground beef. If its ground beef then brown it and put it in the Crock Pot. Add a can of Fiesta Corn, a can of kidney beans, can of black beans, can of diced tomatoes with jalepenos, a can of crushed tomato, some celery, chili powder, cajun seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder and fresh cilantro. Set it to low and its ready in about 4 hours. High about 2 hours.
If you want to use chicken, cook the chicken and then chop it up and put it in. Hubby has always hated chili til he tried mine and its so easy some most of the ingredients are from cans lol.

| 3 Envelope Roast 1 Package Italian Dressing (Good Season type) 1 Package Ranch Dressing (Hidden Valley original type) 1 Package Brown Gravy mix ( I used McCormick Brand) 1 1/2 Cups Water* -- 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups
Mix the dry ingredients together and sprinkle over a boneless chuck, pot roast. Add the water. Cook on low in the crock-pot for 7 hours. Or on high for 3 1/2 hrs.
I put carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the crock-pot...laid the roast on top Then cooked it for 7 hours on low.

| Super simple .... Several chicken breast and favortie bottle and half (or two bottles depending on size of crockpot and how many chicken breasts) in a crockpot and let it cook. Near the end shred the chicken and put it on bun or my favorite eat it over rice. Another thing you could change up the chicken and put pork in it and do shredded BBQ pork with rice or on a bun.
I love throwing stuff in to make both traditional chilis and white chicken chilis... and ThatAbby gave me a yummy chicken and green chili recipe too.
I love crockpots and crockpot recipes...
Another quick and easy one is cut up some potatoes, onions and Polish Keilbasa and add some beef broth and water and let it cook. Serve it with sauerkraut if you like or with some crusty bread when its ready. I usually make a cucumber salad with it too.

| These are just some of the recipes I do in my crock pot.
Taco Soup (turkey thanks to Gina)
Beef Pot Roast with baby carrots and sliced potatoes Layer carrots then potatoes then roast on top. Season to your liking, add 1 cup of water. Let cook all day long on low.
5-6 Chicken Breasts (boneless/skinless) with fresh rosemary and thyme. About 2 cups of water and some garlic. Let cook all day long as well. I usually pair this with brown rice and veggies that I make on the stove top.
Meatball sandwiches (either homemade or a bag of frozen) 1 lg can of Puree Tom. 1 lg can of Fire-roasted diced Tom. (drained) Italian seasonings or Oregano/Garlic/Thyme (season as you wish) Let cook all day and serve in a grinder roll with provolone cheese.
BBQ Pulled Pork season with garlic salt or fresh garlic add in 2 cups of water 1 cup of Orange Juice. Let cook all day on low. Drain most of the water out and then add in a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Mix with a fork and serve on a roll or pair it with something else.
