| ...I quit smoking cigarettes!! I can't believe it's been a year! I started smoking in January 2006 and hardly went a day without a cigarette for over three years. I wasn't a particularly heavy smoker, I had maybe 5-7 cigs a day (more if I was drinking or stressed), but it varied a lot and I cut back a ton around the time that I quit. I'm so happy I don't smoke anymore!!  | |
