| 5-6 jalapenos (washed, halved and deseeded) 1/3C seasoned how you like-Ground Beef Cheese slivers (optional) 6 strips of bacon We were already grilling some burgers, so just took a pinch of burger to stuff into the Clean, Deseeded(remove the center vein and seeds), Jalapeno half. Add cheese piece, wrap with bacon and attach to a Skewer. continue till you have about 4-5 on a skewer and grill till bacon is done(there isn't going to be much beef, so it cooks quickly. *when you remove the seeds, you take out most of the heat. Nobody could really tell it was a Jalapeno Pepper! and it was perfect to nibble on till lunch was ready:)
