member spotlight *please read*

The admins and I have talked and we have decided that we would like to do a weekly spotlight on one of the members. It will be stickied in the Meet the Member section. For that week all the other members will get the chance to ask our 'spotlighted' member getting to know you questions. This is completely voluntary, so if you do not want to be spotlighted you do not have to participate. We thought this would be a fun way to make every member feel special during their week. It will start on Sunday and end on the following Saturday. We will keep track of who has been spotlighted so that every member that wants to participate will get the chance.

So if you would like to be added to the spotlight list please post your name in this thread.

I think it sounds good as long as we're not favoring people. Last thing you want is people to feel left out.

There will be no favoring. Everyone will get the chance to participate, and as long as other members ask questions of the spotlighted member no one will feel left out.

Well I kinda meant like someone goes up and no one posts to that person but the person before had like 3 pages of questions.

we're definitely going to do everything we can to keep that from happening stephanie.

Right, that's what I meant. As long as the other members participate by asking questions no one will be left out. But that means the other members have to be willing to participate for everyone, not just the girls they already know.
