| How much do you drink every day? Do you hit your target or do you totally miss the mark?
I read you're supposed to take how much you weigh (in pounds) and divide it by two, and that's how many ounces you're supposed to drink in a day.
I am okay on my water intake. I've been much better since I quit drinking pop. I need to be better, but I'd say I get about 75% of what I should. What about you ladies?

| Oh I can go an entire day without so much as a sip of water. I love tea and milk and if we eat out its dr pepper. Recently I have been using it as a calming technique, which I think is giving me acid reflux! ick!
I am making it a goal to drink more water! I am on bottle 2 right now... im weird though.. I like room temp bottled water! The cold water is harder for me to drink for some odd reason!

| I drink water by the gallons but that's because I walk a lot-work out-use my wii fit and drink a lot of water. I hit it pretty much 95% of the time either just enough or above. I have given up pop and I still try to drink milk and juice too. | |

| I drink a ton of water now. We recently bought a water pitcher for the fridge so I don't feel guilty about drinking a lot of water. When we were buying bottled water I never drank more than 2 bottles because I wanted to make the case last as long as possible. Now I'm drinking probably 80 ounces throughout the day and night. |

| I've been making an effort to make sure I'm getting plenty of water. I think it's part of the reason why I feel so good right now (aside from the normal being sore and uncomfortable stuff.) |

| I don't drink NEAR enough water. I hate buying bottled water, but I need to get one of those water pitcher purifier things for my fridge. My water is cloudy. I hate drinking it. So I know I would if I had a purifier. | |

| I usually reach my goal for drinking water, it's basically all I drink though. I have a small glass of OJ in the morning and the rest of the day the only thing I drink is water. | |

| Normally I love the water from walmart with a lemon in it! During the summer I get so thirsty and carry one around. I can't seem to find a water that doesn't make me vomit right now though. I can only drink Dr. Pepper. I am so tired of soda. | |

| I don't drink 8 glasses a day (because I would spend the whole day in the bathroom) but I drink a lot. It's mainly what I drink. I see everything else a treat. I crave water all the time so its pretty easy for me. | |

| I don't know exactly how much my intake is and it varies day to day. Water is basically all I drink with the exception of juice or milk, so I know that I'm definitely getting enough. Plus, I always keep a glass or a bottle of it nearby and constantly refill it. | |

| I would say that most days I hit my mark. It's all I drink. But there are definitely weeks when I need some sugar and drink more juice. But I have a nalgene bottle that is always full and goes everywhere with me. I learned too much in college about what dehydration can do to your body and how long it takes for you to realize you're dehydrated. I try to live by the lessons I was taught | |
