After a lot of discussion the staff has come up with a solution that we hope will help keep the board as calm as possible. When announcements are made they will be left open for members to acknowledge that they have read the annoucement. However, any questions need to be sent directly to a staff member rather than asked in the annoucement. We understand that not everyone will agree with decisions or ideas that the staff has come up with, and we feel that be addressing questions and concerns directly we can avoid hurt feelings and unnecessary conflict. It is our hope that you all understand that this is an attempt to keep the board as conflict free as possible. You are more than welcome address your concerns with the staff, we just ask that it is done off the board. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
